At Singer Sewing Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused sewing machines, parts, and accessories. If your equipment doesn't meet your creative needs, we are here to help you find the perfect replacement or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Carefully place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, foot pedals, and accessories to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the machine to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
